Justice Oluwadare AgudaJustice Oluwadare Aguda (Rtd.) - Chairman: Retired Judge of the Ondo State High Court.
Obtained a degree in Law from the U.K. and was called to the English bar. On his return to Nigeria, for many years he had a virile legal practice in Kaduna State where he represented, corporate organisations and labour unions, including the Academic Staff Union of Nigerian Universities. He was called to the higher bench as a Judge of the High Court of Ondo State where he had a distinguished career as a jurist - from which he retired. He has always been interested in the work of civil society organizations. Chairman, Ondo State Law Commission.
Professor Albert IlemobadeProfessor Albert A. Ilemobade - President & CEO: (Former Vice-Chancellor, Federal University of Technology, Akure).
He served as Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Akure from 1988 to Jan. 1996. He has been involved as Expert Consultant to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the World Health Organization (WHO) in several areas of his expertise, but more specifically in the area of Sleeping Sickness of man and animals and in helping to design projects that ensures sustainable agriculture and rural development. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the inter-agency (FAO, AU, IAEA and WHO) consortium (PAAT) on Tsetse and Trypanosomiasis. Professor Ilemobade became interested in 1997 in using deliberation to address issues of public policy. He and a group of citizens incorporated this methodology in grassroots efforts to successfully address some environmental issues in Ijapo Estate, Akure. Subsequently, he attended the International Deliberative Democracy workshop in Washington D.C. in 1999 and the International Civil Society workshop in 2000. He coordinates the overall project and has served as resource person and co-facilitator of the workshops organized by URF.
Professor Sunday R. Ogunduyile - Secretary: He started his academic career at the Ahmadu Bello University in 1982, transferring his services to the Federal University of Technology, Akure in 1990. Thereafter, he rose through the ranks and was appointed Professor in 2002.

Professor Ogunduyile served as the Acting Head of Arts and Material Development Unit of the Institute of Education, ABU Zaria, Pioneering Head of Industrial Design and Dean, School of Environmental Technology at the Federal University of Technology, Akure between 1993 and 2009.

Professor Ogunduyile is married with four children.
Professor (Mrs) Folasade Akinkugbe - member: She is the Director, Institute of Child Health, Faculty of Public Health, College of Medicine, University of Ibadan.

Mrs. C. O. IlemobadeMrs. Christiana O. Ilemobade - member: an Educationist and seasoned administrator.

She retired as the Headmistress of the Federal University of Technology Staff School and founded Peaceland Nursery and Primary School, FUTA Road, Akure as the proprietress.


Ayo AyubaMrs. Ayokanmi A. Ayuba - member: She is the Partner Channel Enablement Manager for SAP Ecosystem & Channel. West Africa. Ayokanmi has spent the last 6 years in the ICT industry specifically Software, the previous 6 years in the Education industry and 4 years in Construction.

She has managed teams, successfully executed and delivered team objectives and goals in every organization she has worked, involved in the design and implementation of initiatives and business models which have positively impacted the organizations bottom and top lines.

She have a passion for business excellence with integrity, to this end, she is the SAP representative at the Convention for Business Integrity.
